The P3 homeless outreach service

P3 are funded by Lincolnshire County Council to provide two services in the county:

  • Floating Support – who work with people to maintain their tenancies and live independently, aiming to prevent people becoming homeless.
  • Street Outreach – who work with people who have found themselves rough sleeping.

Both services have the combined aim to work closely with individuals and positively tackle homelessness across the county.

A safe place to go offering practical support and services enabling people to make the first step to get off the street.

Grantham Passage is a mobile day centre providing hot food and advice to homeless or vulnerable residents.
