Clinical neurophysiology

The clinical neurophysiology department provides the county of Lincolnshire with diagnostic investigations into disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system.

Lung Cancer Support Service

The lung cancer clinical nurse specialists (CNS) team work within Lincoln County Hospital inpatient and outpatient areas to provide specialist care and support for those undergoing investigations for suspected lung cancer as well as those with a confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer or mesothelioma.

Urology

The urology department diagnose and treat diseases of the urinary tract, including kidneys, urethra ureter, and diseases and conditions of the bladder, testis, penis and prostate gland.

Radiology

Radiology encompasses a range of services including x-ray, computerised tomography (CT), breast imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound and fluoroscopy.

Specialist rehabilitation

The specialist rehabilitation medicine service provides countywide inpatient, outpatient and community rehabilitation outreach services to adults with recent and long term physical disabilities. Rehabilitation is a whole team process provided in a variety of settings.

Rheumatology

We provide a full range of care from the assessment to treatment of all types of rheumatic disease including disorders of the joints, muscles, bones and tendons such as arthritis, connective tissue disease and degenerative joint disease.
