United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH) is excited to announce the launch of its new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, Nervecentre.
The system is being launched between Tuesday 13 October and Friday 16 October. This marks a major step forward in the way patient care is delivered and managed across our hospitals and represents a significant milestone in ULTH’s digital transformation journey.
The introduction of Nervecentre will bring benefits for both staff and patients through:
- Seamless access to patient information across clinical services and departments.
- Improved coordination of care, supporting safer and more informed decision-making.
- Smarter use of digital technology and data, allowing staff to spend less time on paperwork and more time caring for patients.
- Enhanced quality, efficiency and consistency of patient care.
The go-live of Nervecentre is the first stage of a wider digital transformation programme. Over time, additional functionality will be introduced, including tools that will help patients become more involved in managing their own care through digital services. Further information will be shared as these developments progress.
This investment represents a significant step towards a more connected, modern healthcare system that supports our staff to deliver the best possible care for the people of Lincolnshire. ULTH looks forward to continuing to develop and enhance the EPR system in partnership with Nervecentre over the coming years.
