Over the past few weeks, United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) has welcomed hundreds of generous donations from the public and businesses of Lincolnshire, for the benefit of staff and patients.

We would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity in support of our amazing NHS staff.

We now want to help refocus some of this generosity, recognising that there are others in our communities who also need support including vulnerable people, those who have reduced income and food banks.

We have taken the decision to close down our Amazon wish list for staff and launch a new one for our patients here https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/ls/17CLHYFUSILIV?ref_=wl_share This includes lot of gifts and useful things to help make their stay that little bit better.

We have also created a more specific list of support that we require, details of which can be found on our website.

Going forward, we’ll be asking our communities to instead make donations to local food banks and/or vulnerable members of the community.

We are also benefitting from national fundraising activities that are underway through NHS Charities Together. So far, we have received £35,000 from NHS Charities Together to use for items to support our staff and patients.

If you have items which you would like to donate, please check the list guidance before contacting the Trust. Unless specified we are unfortunately unable to take any other donations at this time.

Please do not bring items direct to the hospitals. We are asking everyone in the local area to ‘Stay Home and Save Lives’ and adhere to the non-essential travel guidelines.

If anyone would like to make a donation to support the Trust, please direct them to:
