Advanced Practitioner in Ultrasound 

The hospital ultrasound departments incorporate a wide range of procedures including abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological and vascular procedures.

The successful candidate must hold a post graduate diploma in ultrasound (or equivalent) and be HPC registered. Nuchal translucency accreditation is also essential.

The ultrasound department is currently working a six-day week but aiming to provide seven day cover.  Although based in Lincoln, rotation to other Trust sites will be required.

Consultant in ophthalmology 

This is a substantive appointment for an ophthalmology consultant with a special interest in primary care or other sub-speciality complimentary to the department.

This is a Trust wide appointment with the majority of the work being done in and around Pilgrim hospital Boston. The successful applicant will join a team of 15 consultants providing comprehensive ophthalmology services to the population of Lincolnshire. Day-case surgery and out-patient clinics are provided across the county on seven sites covered by the Trust, which has close educational and research ties with the University of Lincoln. The department also has a commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate education with close links to the medical schools of the universities of Nottingham and Leicester.
