Patient Christmas Cards

This year has shown how hard it can be to be separated from family and friends and with this in mind, we are inviting Lincolnshire Schools to take part in making Christmas cards for patients who are in our hospitals at Christmas.

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust and 2020 is no exception.

This year has shown how hard it can be to be separated from family and friends and with this in mind, we are inviting Lincolnshire Schools to take part in making Christmas cards for patients who are in our hospitals at Christmas.

We would welcome as many cards as your school is able to make to be sent to us by 17th December 2020, ensuring that cards comply with the infection control requirements we have to follow at this time.

Your cards should be:

  • A5 in size
  • Pictures on the cards should be drawn, painted or coloured in as we have to be careful not to have items that may come off the cards at the moment such as glitter, sequins, paper and other small items so that we can carry on keeping everyone safe
  • A Christmas message from the child with their first name/age/school if acceptable

When cards are completed please send them to:

Christmas Cards for Patients, Patient Experience Team, Grantham Hospital, 101 Manthorpe Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 8DG

(for cards being sent from the Grantham/Boston surrounding area)

Christmas Cards for Patients, Chaplaincy Team, Lincoln County Hospital, Greetwell Road, Lincoln, LN2 5QY

(for cards being sent from the Lincoln/Louth and surrounding area)
