The Winter 2016/17 edition of the Lincolnshire Wire contains an exclusive interview with Chief Operating Officer, Mark Brassington, who tells us about how he got into his role at the Trust, what drives him and what he loves aobut working at ULHT.

Features this month also cover our extensive work to improve staff engagement, working with teams to identify improvements in their areas and work together to make sure everyone feels like a valued part of the organisation. We are also introducing new staff members, services and innovations and a large piece of work that is taking place to encourage more staff to join ULHT, and to help us retain staff by encouraging them to take part in a journey of self-improvement and development.

You can also find out more about how to engage and become more involved in our organisation, including signing up to become a member of the Trust and an active patient representative. You can also find out more information about the Lincolnshire Sustainability and Transformation (STP) which is a countywide multi-agency plan laying out the challenges faced in health and social care right now, and how health services across the county will develop over the next five years.
