Hosted by the Lincolnshire Talent Academy, a total of 71 staff were recognised for their successful apprenticeship completion over the last 18 months.
Staff from across Lincolnshire attended the celebration at The Showroom, in Lincoln to receive awards for achievements across a range of areas including clinical and support roles such as accountancy, business administration, business improvement, healthcare support, pharmacy, team leading and leadership and management.
Claire Flavell, Strategic Lead for the Lincolnshire Talent Academy said: “We’re delighted to host our first celebration event to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of our staff across the NHS. Our apprenticeship offer continues to evolve and it’s fantastic to see such a variety of roles being recognised.
“The programme provides opportunities for clinical and support staff at every level – from a school leaver taking their first step onto the career ladder, through to staff looking for development to degree level and beyond.
“It provides us with the opportunity to develop the skills we need for the county, tailoring our education and training programmes to meet our needs, and investing in our workforce and growing our own talent across the system.
“With over 450 further staff currently on apprenticeship programmes across Lincolnshire, we are looking forward to many more celebrations in the future.”
