Dr Carmen Constantin, Stroke Consultant at Lincoln County Hospital said: “We are incredibly proud to be doing this for our patients.
“Stroke is the UK’s fourth biggest killer and Lincoln County Hospital’s Stroke Unit serves thousands of patients across the region every year. For many patients, the quality of rehabilitation equipment available during recovery can be the difference between independence and long-term dependence.”
The Stroke Unit Charity Ball takes place on Saturday 7 November 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Lincoln. On arrival guests will be greeted with a welcome drink before being seated for a three-course dinner, followed by live entertainment, an auction, and raffle.
Tickets are £70 each and fantastic sponsorship opportunities are also available, with all proceeds going directly to stroke services at Lincoln County Hospital via United Lincolnshire Hospitals Charity.
Dr Constantin added “This is a wonderful opportunity for the Lincolnshire community to come together and support a cause that affects so many families across our region. Stroke can happen to anyone at any time, and the work our team does every day is only made possible by the incredible support of our community.”
United Lincolnshire Hospitals Charity Manager Ben Petts showed his support for the event and added: “We invite everyone to buy a ticket and dance the night away, with the knowledge that you are making a real difference to the lives of our stroke patients and their families in Lincolnshire.”
