Our awards are a chance for us to really showcase and celebrate the amazing people we have working in our NHS services, and celebrate their amazing achievements in caring for the people of Lincolnshire.
On the night, over 320 colleagues gathered together, and we celebrated winners of 15 different awards, recognising outstanding caring, collaboration, innovation, leadership and compassion.
Each of these colleagues show enormous hard work, dedication and enthusiasm. Every day, in so many different ways, they make a real difference to our patients, our communities and to one another.
Seeing the stories of those who were shortlisted has been genuinely inspiring. They show just how remarkable our people are, whatever role they play, and how much care, skill and compassion goes into delivering the very best possible care for our patients.
