We are developing a five year plan for how hospital services across Lincolnshire will improve, meet the needs of our local population and our staff and deliver the best possible quality of care within budget. We have identified six areas of work within our 2021 plan, and need your help to develop the options for what we do.

You can also find out about opportunities to get more involved with the Trust as a member, including taking part in training to become a recognised patient representative.

One such opportunity includes:

We are looking for patient representatives to carry out hand hygiene audits across the Trust. The role involves visiting wards and departments and observing staff during their daily routine. The aim of this project is to ensure that the hand hygiene procedure is followed by all staff members at all times.
