ULHT is asking family and friends who have a relative in hospital, to prepare should they be well enough to leave hospital in the next few days.
We would love to be able to get your loved ones home for Christmas. But we can’t do that without your support. Whether that is making sure they have transport, getting a bedroom set-up in their home, stocking the fridge, popping the heating on and making sure they’ve got everything they need.
