Supporting our patients, visitors and our fabulous staff.

What was the first record you ever bought?

In the year 2525, Zager and Evans. I still have it in my collection.

Seeing the reaction on people faces when you have done something nice for them just makes it all worthwhile.

Name one thing you couldn’t live without?

My family, they support me in everything I do.

How would your friends and colleagues describe you?

Helpful and understanding.

Who had the greatest influence on your career?

I have to say my wife. She has always encouraged me to do well and strive for the things I have achieved.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

To see into the future.

What is your greatest achievement?

In work, it is the fact that I started as a trainee chef and have progressed to my current role as hotel services and catering manager. Outside of work it would be my refereeing career.

The Caribbean.

If you could change one thing about where you work what would it be?

I’d like to have the chance to develop and build up our facilities services again.

My music, some rum and my family. Happy days!

How would you like to be remembered?

For being the person at Lincoln County Hospital you would go to if you need help and support.
