Individuals aged 16 and older are invited to take part in a 90-minute focus group via a video call to help develop a survey about the experience of using these services.
You will be asked questions about your experience of using urgent and emergency care services to help design a questionnaire for the new survey.
Participation is voluntary and all answers are confidential.
