As a large, public sector employer, United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and to tackling any inequalities that are identified in the workforce. The reports also contain information about how the Trust will take action in relation to the results of the gender pay gap data.  The next gender pay gap report, with 2022 data analysis and update on actions, is due for publication towards the end of March 2023.
