The Intouch Appointment Manager app allows you to check-in for your appointment from your personal smartphone, avoiding the need to queue to check in upon arrival at hospital.

The app is available for iOS and android devices. Your personal data is securely stored, and the app follows strict privacy standards to ensure your information remains confidential at all times.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a smartphone; you can still check-in with one of our reception team, who will be happy to help. Our team can also help you if you would like some support with downloading the app as it is an easy and convenient way to help you manage your appointment.

If your hospital appointment is via telephone or video call, there is no requirement for you to log in or check in via the app. 

How to use the app

Getting started with the Intouch Appointment Manager app is easy:

  1. Download the app at home before you arrive at hospital.
    For iOS devices, visit the App Store and search for Intouch Appointment Manager. 
    For Android devices, visit Google Play and search for Intouch Appointment Manager.
  1. When you arrive at the hospital building, log into the app. You can continue to use your own mobile data plan or use our patient WiFi for free. The data usage on the app is very small. please note you will only be able to find the hospital to check in once you have arrived on site.
  2. Check-in for your appointment using the mobile app.

Please note the Intouch Appointment Manager app is used to support a quick and easy check-in for existing appointments. It can not be used to make new appointments.
