The programme supports all members of the Armed Forces Community: Service Leavers, Veterans, Reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and families of those, who may have an interest in a career with the NHS. It also recognises the transferable skills and cultural values that Armed Forces personnel have developed, and how these skills and values are compatible with working in the NHS.
