We ask that participants attending this programme have Quality Improvement knowledge/training or have worked on a Quality Improvement project previously. 
Our comprehensive programme is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills and tools to become effective change agents within their organisation.
Through a blend of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, this programme will empower you to; identify and prioritise areas for improvement, develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives, collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure progress, facilitate collaboration and teamwork among colleagues and sustain quality improvement efforts over time.
The three-day workshops will be facilitated by the Improvement Academy and will be offered face-to-face. We ask that participants attend all three-day workshops consecutively due to the content overlap from each day.
