Quality Improvement Fundamental Programme

It is designed to provide you with the essential tools and techniques to support a new improvement project.

It provides step-by-step guidance and templates on each of the techniques. By the end of the programme you will be able to; identify and address problems in your workplace, implement and test changes, measure and evaluate the results of your changes and share your learning with others.

The one-day workshops will be facilitated by the Improvement Academy and will be offered face-to-face or virtually.

The team can offer the training on any date and at any location of your choice, to suit you and your team. Whilst the Improvement Academy normally run the course from 9.30am until 4pm, the team can be flexible with the timing to suit your team’s needs.
