  Excellent patient experience for all our patients is important, and the Trust considers patient safety and quality improvement to be the central focus of all aspects of service delivery.

  Your experience as a patient, relative or a visitor is extremely valuable to us enabling us to build on what is working well and improve where we could and perhaps should have done better. This information is shared directly with our PALS team.

• Making a formal complaint

  Complaints can be made by any patient or visitor to our hospitals or community sites.

• Care Opinion

  Care Opinion is a conversation between the patients, carers and the professionals of the health service bodies. Everyone requires healthcare at various points in their lives and this is the ideal way to share stories and experiences.
