At ULHT we have invested time in creating long lasting relationships with many organisations that align their values with the NHS and seek to work with our hospitals, staff and patients. We are actively involved in working groups, and charitable projects to bring better and sustainable healthcare to everyone in Lincolnshire.
Whether it be working with newly qualified nurses on rotation and preceptorship, or supporting our staff through a range of development programmes – our close links with educational partners provide a host of opportunities for staff to further their careers.
