We would like your help to shape a new website for the Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals Group, which is made up of United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust.

Why we need your help
Our current websites need improving, and we are now creating one new website that is clearer, easier to use, and brings important information together in one place. To do this well, we need to understand:
