We work with children from birth to the age of 19 years.
Our aim is to support children with a disability and additional physical health needs in a variety of settings by providing training and support for their carers. A referral to our service is required for carers to be able to access the appropriate training.
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm Training is provided following a full referral to the service. Please contact the office to discuss your requirements and for a referral form. Training/visits can be arranged outside of these hours with prior arrangement all year round including school holidays.
