We want the people leading our teams to be ambitious and ready to engage and learn.
Our in-house programmes are designed to build leadership at all levels of the organisation so we can develop greater degrees of responsibility, innovation, problem-solving and motivation. Areas covered include what it means to be a leader with us, values and behaviours and emotional intelligence.
The Mary Seacole Local Programme is also open to our staff. This has been designed to develop knowledge and skills in leadership and management for first-time leaders supporting the Lincolnshire Sustainability and Transformation Partnership and runs through the National Leadership Academy’s virtual campus and three face-to-face workshops.
