It is hoped that these case studies will be a valuable resource for new and current staff, to help them understand the type of development opportunities that may be available to them as part of their own career development.
We have interviewed a range of nurses who have agreed to share their career journeys. The ‘four pillars’ of nursing (clinical leadership and management, research and education) have also been targeted, allowing nurses to talk about how their roles and individual career pathways have evolved and progressed over time.
