Examples of excellence gives all of our staff the chance to recognise individual colleagues or teams – the people who, not only reflect our vision (excellence in rural healthcare) and our values (safety, patient-centred care, excellence, compassion and respect), but also show extra commitment and dedication or make a real difference to the work we do.
As well as forming part of their official record of performance and achievement, all those nominated will receive a certificate (either online or a physical copy) and an overall winner will be chosen each month by the executive team.
