COVID staff wellbeing

Wellbeing is an important part of our lives. Recently we have seen the demands on us and our services reach unprecedented heights.

Your wellbeing

Wellbeing is an important part of our lives. Recently we have seen the demands on us and our services reach unprecedented heights. Together we are working through this and we want to make sure you know that there is someone who is there, someone who is listening and someone who cares when you need them.

There is so much available to help. We have spilt the support into three layers. Internal to ULHT, within Lincolnshire system and national support.
