About the Trust’s charity
Welcome to United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Charitable Funds (Registered Charity No. 1058065). Thank you for the ongoing generosity of our staff, patients and their friends in supporting the charity.
Donations received are spent on items which are not normally provided through mainstream NHS budgets and are always in spent in line with the wishes of our donors. Spending normally falls within four main areas:
- The improvement of the patient environment
- Keeping staff up to date with all the latest medical advances and training courses
- Helping to buy state of the art clinical equipment for the treatment of patients
- Medical research
If you pay income tax or capital gains tax your gift can go further with Gift Aid. The Charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that you donate, making your donation go further.
To reclaim tax the Charity will provide to HMRC the value and date of your donation, your name and postcode.
Information provided will only be used for the specific purpose of reclaiming gift aid and retained for the statutory six year period.
