If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment you can contact us either by calling or emailing us.

How to rearrange or cancel an appointment

If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment for any reason please don’t hesitate to contact us using either of the following methods, we aim to reply within 48 hours:

When you do contact us please provide us with:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Full address
  • If known, your NHS number

Please also advise us of the appointment date and time that you would like to to change or cancel.

We will respond to your email within 48 hours with a change of appointment, or confirmation that the cancellation has been made if the appointment is no longer required.

Our response will be sent to the e-mail account you send your request from, unless you do not wish this to happen. If this is the case, please advise of a daytime telephone number so that we are able to contact you.
