If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment for any reason please don’t hesitate to contact us, we aim to reply within 48 hours:

Telephone lines are open from Monday to Friday.

Please be aware that we receive our highest volume of calls on Mondays and Tuesdays and in the morning. The best times to call are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.

When you do contact us please provide us with:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Full address
  • If known, your NHS number

Please also advise us of the appointment date and time that you would like to to change or cancel.

We will respond to your call within 48 hours with a change of appointment, or confirmation that the cancellation has been made if the appointment is no longer required.

Our response will be on your daytime telephone number, so please make sure that you leave the number with us.
