Highly experienced candidates are being sought for one of the highest-profile and challenging roles in Lincolnshire.

The current Chairman at ULHT Ron Buchanan is retiring in March after two years in the role and a successor is being sought.

This is a unique opportunity for a leader to share their talents and expertise to help transform the Trust and make a positive difference to the lives of people in Lincolnshire.

The Chair will provide the leadership needed to secure improved healthcare services for patients and the local community, both now and in the future.

This is a great time to join the trust and lead the organisation as new CEO Jan Sobieraj joins the Trust on Monday 7 December.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading organisational change to achieve improvement, proven governance and financial skills, and an understanding of the challenges facing NHS healthcare providers.

The NHS Leadership Academy are helping to identify potential candidates.
