This month, as part of our regular jobs spot in a drive to make the Trust and Lincolnshire somewhere people want to come to work and live, we welcome Ben to the Trust – who can tell us all about the great staff benefits ULHT has to offer.

Ben has been making himself known to staff over the past couple of weeks and he brings with him lots of information on the range of staff benefits available to new starters as well as established colleagues.

From flexible working to parental leave, learning and development opportunities to health and wellbeing incentives – there’s even a staff lottery to have a flutter on.

But you’ve got to be ‘in it to win it’ so why not head over to our new look website pages and check them out today.

Trust wide nursing cadet apprentices

We’re currently looking for the next cohort of recruits who want to take their first steps into the NHS. New nursing cadet apprentice posts are now being advertised and we’ve got opportunities at Lincoln, Boston and Grantham.

Nursing cadets receive full training and support, working alongside our healthcare support workers and registered nurses.

Cadets work towards the healthcare support worker qualification whilst being employed by the Trust on a 13 month fixed-term contract.
