Membership newsletter for United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust for February 2016. Contents include:

Advertising our next set of members Locality Forum meetings, taking place at each of our four hospital sites in April. The agenda will include discussions about the development of hospital services in Lincolnshire and a chance to take part in our reputation survey.

Find out about getting more involved with the Trust by training up to become a patient representative.

Patients needing investigative tests on their bowel are being seen up to two weeks earlier thanks to a pilot project at Lincoln County hospital.
We are currently piloting the use of a new way of booking in colonoscopy tests for patients with suspected cancer.

Staff working in Lincolnshire’s hospitals are being recognised for their amazing caring, kindness and dedication in a bumper year for the ULHT Staff Awards.
This year an impressive 430 nominations were received for the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Staff Awards 2016, 100 of which were from patients. This is a big increase over last year, where we received 150 nominations overall.
