The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Staff Awards for 2017 are now open for nominations.
This is the opportunity for the people of Lincolnshire to recognise the hard work, dedication and caring of hospital staff working across the county.
Nominations can be made in 11 categories recognising care and compassion, great teamwork, research and innovation and unsung heroes amongst other things.
The Great Patient Experience Award is especially important, as it is open only to patient nominations, and winners are judged by a panel of patients.
Trust Chief Executive Jan Sobieraj said: “The 2016 awards were a huge success. Over 400 nominations were made for our excellent individuals and teams- 200 of whom attended a ceremony in April to be recognised for their hard work and outstanding levels of care.
“This year, there are some new categories, and the more popular areas such as unsung hero and team of the year have been split in two, to provide double the opportunity for people to be recognised.
“The staff awards are a brilliant way to recognise our staff and the amazing work that they do.”

Paper copies will also be distributed around the hospital sites.
