The latest version of the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust magazine Lincolnshire Wire, for staff, patients, the public, stakeholders and Trust members.

The spring 2016 edition includes articles such as an interview with Director of Nursing Michelle Rhodes, where she speaks about her background, how she came to be Director of Nursing, what she thinks are the strengths of ULHT and her message to our staff.

There is also a double-page feature on our ULHT Staff Awards 2016. This was a glittering ceremony, held at the Princess Royal Sports Arena in Boston in April, where almost 200 members of staff got to celebrate our amazing individuals and teams.

You can find out more about Dementia Awareness Week, and get a sneak peak at the final pieces of our new state-of-the-art maternity and gynaecology unit being delivered to Pilgrim hospital in Boston.

For staff, there is a piece on our new way of engaging with our workforce, the ULH Way, including the results of recent surveys that explore levels of engagement and areas where improvements could be made.

There are also highlights from our hospitals and information about membership and our plans and priorities for 2016-2017.
