Who had the greatest influence on your career?

Michelle Manley (from MEAU at Lincoln), she always encouraged me to be the best I could and enabled me to develop my own style of nursing, teaching and leadership.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

I’d be invisible.

What was the last thing that made you smile?

My friend showing me her 12 week baby scan photo.

What talent do you wish you had?

I wish I could sing.

Who’s your favourite band?

Anything RnB or hip hop.

Where is your favourite place in the world?

Cornwall.

What’s your favourite book?

The Girl on the Train.

If you could change one thing about where you work what would it be?

I’ve only been in this post for five days, but it would be for the staff to realise how amazing they are and to be proud of the ward.
