Apprenticeships give staff the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and expertise through a nationally recognised qualification. The range of apprenticeships that are open to staff is endless from clinical to non-clinical and there are over 2500 types of apprenticeships, varying from level 2 up to level 7.
The Clinical Education Team is here to design and deliver a range of learning opportunities to enable you to develop into a competent and confident member of staff. As a result, our patients will receive an excellent standard of care from staff that are safe and able to deliver interventions in a timely manner.
The Organisational Development team provide multiple options to support your development throughout your career. These are open and available to all staff and include training sessions on leadership and management. Along with these courses we offer development opportunities such as 360 feedbacks, development centres, coaching and much much more.
Formed in April 2016, the Lincolnshire Talent Academy delivers proactive services to aid recruitment and skills development of our workforce, whilst also ensuring the portability and integration of skills across the health and care system. We offer opportunities for current staff to enhance their careers and help career progression. We have a wide range of career development pathways that current staff can enrol on!
