I specialise in lower limb, including hip, knee and foot operations . I have a special interest in joint replacement and knee sports surgery, including ACL and patellofemoral issues. I did my higher surgical training in London (St Thomas’ & King’s College) and subsequently, completed an AOA accredited fellowship in knee and hip surgery in Sydney, Australia in 2013. I worked as a locum consultant for over two years in different NHS hospitals before joining as a substantive consultant knee surgeon in Pilgrim Hospital, Boston (Lincolnshire) in 2015. Besides publishing research articles in the peer reviewed journals, I have also authored orthopaedic books. I have been a regular columnist for the BMA News magazine for over 10 years. I have also written articles of general interest in the medical press in support of patients.
