Our plan recognised the considerable time and effort already taken to address some immediate improvements and urgent quality and safety issues, while supporting our ambitions to move to a more comprehensive and planned approach for the future.
In 2022/23, we refreshed our plan to reflect our changed operational environment from the COVID-19 pandemic.
As we continue into the fourth year of our IIP, we have renewed our annual priorities for 2023/24 to help us to achieve our vision of Outstanding Care Personally Delivered.
