The Trust accommodation has been provided by Progress Living, part of Progress Housing Group. Progress Living has provided new high quality accommodation on our Lincoln, Grantham and Boston sites. To find out more information please contact the Recruitment and Resourcing Team.

Progress Living works in partnership with the United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust to provide high quality affordable accommodation to hospital staff at Lincoln, Boston, Grantham and Louth. Progress Living undertook a programme of rebuilding and refurbishing all the accommodation across the four sites between 2004 and 2006, this has recently been completed and all accommodation is now to BMA standard, with BMA 3 star available at all sites. There is also a choice of 1 and 2 bedroom self contained flats and 3 bed roomed houses at most sites for those who want family accommodation.

The shared accommodation has individual ensuite facilities with well equipped kitchens and sitting rooms. The 3 star rooms also include double beds, dishwashers in the kitchens and a housekeeping service three times a week. All sites are covered by monitored CCTV and most sites have car parking facilities.

Junior doctors on a deanery programme who are able to provide evidence of a mortgage or tenancy agreement during their employment with ULHT will be assisted with 3* single accommodation costs or excess travel.
