Trade unions and professional organisations
The Trust is committed to working in partnership with staff side colleagues in the interests of staff, patients and the Trust as a whole. The staff side is formed from a number of staff side trade union representatives from within the Trust as well as support from full time trade union officers. This gives staff the opportunity to raise any issues of concern through their representative as well as shape and influence the strategic direction of the hospital and improve the working lives of the staff.
