Trust training and development
A range of learning and development opportunities can be seen below. If you are a member of staff who is interested in accessing one of these courses, the full training brochure can be found on the Trust’s internal intranet site.
The majority of in-house training is delivered as short courses, however, the management development programme offers longer programmes such as the Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Management for Health, Social and Public services which are accredited by Nottingham Trent University.
We are a registered NVQ centre and provide a variety of NVQs across the Trust.
In addition to classroom training a suite of e-learning courses is offered to support training initiatives and to help staff work flexibly.
