Questions about the Trust
If you have any questions you would like to ask about the Trust, it could be plans for the future, working practices or how we operate,
you can submit your questions using the link opposite and you will receive a response from a senior member of staff as soon as possible.
How to submit a question
To submit a question please use the links to the right - when prompted you will need to enter:
- "ULH\" followed by your usual ULH computer network login name
(e.g ULH\JBloggs) - Your usual ULH computer network password
NB: You will also need to enter your username and password to view replies to questions or previous suggestions made.
Your question will not be anonymous but if you would prefer it to be so you may contact the Chair of our Patient Council,
