How we manage

The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is managed in a structured way to ensure that all services and specialties and all areas of care are given equal prominence.

The Trust is managed by a Trust Board, made up of Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors, who oversee all keys areas of the Trust’s work. Decisions are also made by the Trust’s Executive Board, which is made up of Executive Directors, General Managers and Clinical Directors.

The Deputy Directors, Clinical Directors, Business Managers, Patient Services Managers and Heads of Service make up the Clinical Management Structure. These people work on the ground at our hospital sites to provide care for patients as well as managing the individual issues in the services, specialities and on the sites where they work.
