Louth Chapel

The emergency on-call chaplain can be contacted day and night via your health care worker on the ward.
The team includes:
- The Revd David Newlove (david.newlove@ulh.nhs.uk).
- The Revd Lorraine Turner and some local volunteers.
The hospital chapel is situated on the right-hand side of the corridor leading to Manby and Carlton wards. The chapel is open throughout the day and night and is available to patients, their families/carers and staff for times of quiet, prayer and reflection. Please do visit the chapel: you may be interested to see the delightful stained glass window, designed and produced by a student from a local school.
Although there are currently no regular chapel services at Louth hospital, please note that bedside Holy Communion is available on all wards at some point on a Sunday (and on other days upon request). Chaplains are also available to administer anointing and prayers for healing, as well as special blessing services at the end of life.
